The typical white fat edge ensures that the meat stays juicy even after cooking. Due to the tender structure, the steak is the favourite especially for female steak lovers. The roast beef comes straight from our ripening room and has matured on the bone at least over 21 days. This makes it particularly tender and preserves its unmistakable taste. Our beef comes exclusively from selected German cattle oh the highest quality. The roast beef is perfect for the grill or the pan and is an absolute delicacy after preparing.
