As a perfectly matured dry aged steak, the classic becomes an absolute palate feasting. The beef has matured on the bone for 21 days and gives it a particularly intense nutty taste. For the Emsrind we use only selected German cattle of the highest class. For us the quality is priority. The rib-eye steak is perfect for roasting on the grill or in the frying pan.
