A flat steak cut from the shoulder of beef. The flat iron steak from the Emsrind is wonderfully marbled, has a rather firm bite and an intense meat taste - a wonderful sidecut. The flat iron steak is cut from the inner part of the bucket bug. The short-fiber steak is ideal for roasting on the grill or in the pan. Perfectly grilled medium, the steak is a great taste experience.

The beef matured on the bone in our specially created ripening rooms. This is how the typical buttery taste and delicate consistency develop.
