The fillet is a particularly tender noble piece of meat without bones. It comes from hand selected famers in the north region of Germany. The fillet is in the hindquarters of the cattle und due to the low demand it is very fine marbled.
The fillet matures under special conditions over 21 days on the bone and becomes so highly aromatic. During the ripening process, the taste of the fillet can unfold completely. The fillet simply enchants every gourmet. A top product for every high occasion.
