Burgers are absolutely trendy. To be a taste explosion, a burger needs next to a good roll, the perfect meat. Our dry aged burger patties for an absolutely juicy burger enjoyment, are made from 21 days of bone-matured premium beef. We use only selected German cattle.
The dry aged burger patties are freshly made after ripening. For this purpose, matured shoulder pieces are traditionally mince through the meat grinder, refined with selected spices and formed into fresh burgers. The dry matured meat gives the burger an individual aromatic taste.
Our requirement is very high. To the dry aged beef, which has been matured over several weeks, comes a big portion of passion and traditional craftmanship. That’s the only way our dry aged burgers will be perfect.
