Rico Schlegel is the founder of the True Wilderness GmbH. In Friesoythe, a town in northern Germany, we produce high quality dry aged beef from noble meat. It all started in 2012 in Bösel, but the production rooms quickly became too small. Today we work in Friesoythe on more than 6.500m² production area every day for the best dry aged beef. With this, traditional craft, best quality and sustainability are our requirements.
To be able to implement a lived respect with the nature according to our specifications, we work together with a handful of competent farmers from this region. Natural quality is the most important trait for our high-quality beef.
